30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team once the item has been delivered to our warehouse.

  • Returns must include all original accessories.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging.
  • For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Branolight will refund only the cost of the product for non-quality related returns.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above conditions.

Important Notes
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. For non-quality related issues beyond the 30-day return window, returns will not be accepted.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@Brano.cn with the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot of your order number.

  1. For Quality-Related Issues:
    If your return is accepted, Branolight support will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return the item. To ensure a timely refund, please submit the return package to the courier within one week of receiving the return shipping label.

  2. For Non-Quality Related Issues:
    If your return is accepted, Branolight support will provide you with the relevant return address. To process your refund promptly, please ensure you send us a return notification including:

    • Courier name
    • Tracking number
      Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right.

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
